When I was a kid, Christmas was something I look forward to because of the Christmas presents and because of the âng-pao from my godparents, family and relatives, which made me pump up every time. Also, buying new clothes and shoes was my favorite part that going to malls two weeks before Christmas, with my mom and dad, was something I prepared for as I need to think of the ensemble that I wanted to sport. All that materialism is from a kid in me that now realizes that the true meaning of Christmas is more than what I thought: family. Thus, every year, Christmas parties are being held with the whole family, which I make sure that I do not miss. With nights of fun and games, one thing still exists: donning a fashionable Christmas outfit.
Before, loose long sleeves are not much my cup of tea as I think it would not fit in my petite body until I had a gut to try and style one.
Prints or plain, its silhouette and size are significant: opt for the right size and the one that befits perfectly to your shoulders and chest particularly tent dresses.
Maroon and wine shades of red are for me the colors you should consider. Yes, vibrant red is totally the color for Christmas but darker shades are the versatile ones that you can sport even for your everyday outfit.
Our parties were not the ones with heels and cocktails, but instead of sneakers, I wore boots for a different touch, plus a black hat if ever my hair and bangs would not want to cooperate.
So what do you think of this outfit? Share me your thoughts!
