GETTING RED-Y FOR RAINY DAYS

Rain or shine, looking great is a must. All you have to do is to find what is appropriate and to prevent what is not to showcase the perfect ensemble that is right for you, for the weather and for where you are going. So considering the recent bed weather in Manila, here is what I opted for my event last week:

Red may be flashy under the rainy weather but its warm shade makes it the flawless component on a rainy day; hence, I sported my red pullover. Plain ones may cut a fine figure but a touch of black and white lines is giving more attractive look notably when what I donned was a basic straight skirt. Speaking of which, if you thought that being petite hinders you to wear straight skirts, particularly when it is not high waist, keep in mind that it will be fine and dandy as long as what you only pull off with it are fitted tops to emphasize your figure.

Going back, instead of opting for basic sling bags, I chose a black bag with striking yet simple details, and sported a pair of black flats with stunning details of tassel and crocodile skin texture – both bag and shoes are in black shade so that the color is in sync with the hue of my top’s stripes.

On the contrary, if the weather was suddenly bright and sunny, nothing to worry with this kind of outfit as some pullovers are not too bulky and are made up of thin fabric – unless you are planning to stay under the sunny sun for whole day.
