Sure, nothing is comparable to the comfort that sneakers bring, but for my flight to Bangkok, I saved that thought for long walks.
Days before every trip I had or will have, there are plenty of things I need to finish and plan including our trip’s itinerary. Regardless, planning my daily ensembles is a must for me not because I am a fashion blogger but because I do not want to run out of clothes during my trip. Hence, I prepare everything from head to toe and make sure not to miss a single thing.
Just like everyone else, comfort is essential for me, which means sneakers are my best buddies and flats are my last choice. However, sometimes, on the day of my flight, I opt for a pair of flats that is hundred percent comfortable and will not cause any inconvenience – only when long walks are not part of the plan.
So during our flight to Bangkok, I decided to wear something that would allow me to conveniently move and would keep me warm for the whole flight. But instead of sporting the usual long sleeves and jeans, I wore my bell top and flared jeans.
Planning this outfit was as easy as pie because everything is just plain and neutral, which led me to adding a bit of color through my scarf and some texture through my fringe bag for accent.
Even though this ensemble shows almost no skin at all and thus, makes it look a bit overwhelming for my petite body, by wearing high waist jeans I emphasized my waist and made an illusion of longer legs. What is more, I tacked in my top for more highlight and I tied my hair up to show a bit of skin since I am wearing a scarf.
To sum it up, when opting for a total plain and muted outfit, texture and a bit of color are the best accessory. While for petites, nothing to worry about anything as long as your figure is being emphasized and you are totally in comfort.
